Joovy Ergo Caboose Vs. Zooper Tango (Double Stroller Advice)

Hi I need some double stroller advice. My son will be 2 1/2 when the new baby comes, but he is a bit small for his age. I'm not sure if a sit and stand would be better than a side by side. They both appear to be Chicco carseat compatible (which is another issue I have). I've also looked at the Bumbleride Indie Twin, but not sure if I want to spend that much.
