12 Yr Old with Skin Problems

My son is almost 13 yrs old. He has tiny little pimples all over his forehead and nose. They are not large pimples like acne, but tiny little bumps. Sometimes they get red but I think it may be the skin products he uses. Does anyone have a suggestion on what product to use to clear up his skin? Ive found astringents make his pimples more red and noticeable. We've tried Phisoderm, zit creams, antibacterial soap, tea tree oil soap...the pimples bother him. At this age EVERYTHING bothers them ! :-) Any suggestions would be a great help...

Need Advice for Teenage Son with Acne

Hi everyone. My 13 year old son has a bad case of acne. We've tried Stridex Max (it supposedly has the same ingredients as ProActive) and several other over the counter products. I was wondering if anyone else has tried any products that have worked? I am reluctant to use prescribed medicine because of the side effects.

Skin Care for 10 Year Old

My Granddaughter has rough bumps on her face and the back of her arms. Description: red bumps and some have whiteheads, feels like sand paper. The doctor says nothing can be done about it. Do any of you have any suggestions? I have tried different soaps and drying creams yet nothing seems to work.
