Help! I am in search of cute tops that are tunic length (i.e. they cover the butt and upper thighs well enough to wear with leggings and skinny jeans). Have tried Chico's, J. Jill, Anthropologie...where else? A lighter weight that can be worn spring through fall is ideal, instead of sweaters.

My go to store is White House Black Market.
I don't wear tunics or leggings but they have great selections for many options.
H&M.com. Zappos. Don't forget, any dress can become a tunic if you have scissors! So shop dresses too.
I find them at Target, sears, Fred Meyer (a department store that carries food, clothes, household items,etc.), Ross, Marshall's, Kohls. Sure some are conservative but they also have cute ones for the more flamboyant.
Lands' End and Talbot's are worth a look.
