Removing Old Sticker from Car Window

They make this stuff called goo be gone and you can buy it at an auto parts store. It's really not that expensive and it works

Goo Gone works wonders. You can get it at any hardware or home improvement store. Just apply it and leave it on for a few minutes, then wipe it off.

I think Goof Off works better than Goo Gone. But, if it's on glass, just scrape it off with a razor blade.

Ask the dealer to do it. They have to have some good stuff that won't hurt the car. If that fails use amonia and a straight razor.

My husband uses lighter fluid (in the yellow squeeze bottle) to get sticky stuff off everything!

Seems that everyone here likes Goo Gone...I've never tried it so I can't say. My choice is Un-Do. I use it ALL the time for removing stickers. You can use it on anything and everything...from windows to scrapbooks. I know you don't want to save your sticker, but as an FYI in scrapooking you can use Un-do to remove a misplaced sticker in an album and the sticker will still be good after the Un-do evaporates...it doesn't ruin your album either.

Have you tried a product called Goo Gone? It is available at most discount stores. It is a yellow liquid in a bottle. Specifically designed to remove things like stickers. It has worked really well for me.

Goo Gone should do the job. It removes adhesive really good. If that doesn't work, M30 sold at Dollar General in the laundry department should also work and is only $1 for a small tub. I use this to get out all my kids and grandbaby's stains. Hope this helps!!

Rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, Skin So Soft Bath Oil, goo-gone or the original old method razor blade.

Try heating it with a hair dryer and then using a plastic putty knife to scrap. You may need some Goo Gone to remove all the glue too.

Try "Goo-Gone". It is a yellowish liquid that comes in a little bottle, and I have had good luck with it in the past. You can find it in hardware stores, home improvement stores, and Wal-Mart. Actually, the bottle I'm currently using came from The Dollar Tree!!! If that doesn't work for you, there's always nail polish remover WITH ACETONE. Good luck to you.

Goo Gone works great! I used to be a teacher and used it for stickers, tape, etc, ALL the time! Good luck! :)

Goo Gone!!!!!!!!!! Also works great on crayon and mild candle wax, etc...
You can find it at Walmart, in grocery section where household cleaners are, or in the paint department.

you can also try using a hair dryer to warm it and soften the adhesive, then a straight razor blade to get under the corner, and slowly pull it up.
i used to have to do this will school parking passes.

There is a product called Goo Gone, takes sticker residue off really good.

Try using a hair dryer on them to soften the glue.
When they are heated try scraping them off with a putty knife or similar tool.
You will need patience.
Any glue residue can be removed with a product like GOO GONE, available at a hardware store.

A., There is a product from Shaklee called Basic H. I guarentee it will get your sticker off. It is about $12 for a 16oz bottle and you will use this on almost everything (at different strengths) you can think of. let me know if this is something you are interested. Good luck
