I'd contact the nearest hospital to you, or the place you are plannng to deliver your child. Most hospitals offer prenatal and postnatal programs, or can at the very least refer you to a program.

Yes, You have to check out Blooma in Edina. With Sarah Longacre. You can check them out on line at blooma.com She is an amazing woman--and it is great to be in a room with a bunch of other pregnant moms--Sarah is also a doula (labor coach)--so she tells great labor stories! So inspiring. Also, I took some classes through North Memorial Hospital. You can check them out online or call them. Their classes are taught by Summer. She is great too--and they are held at their outpatient center off Hwy 81. Both I highly recommend!!

You might check on line with your hospital system. I was at an Allina hospital, and I took pregnancy yoga at my hospital two nights a week....This was at Mercy in Coon Rapids, so not exactly your neighborhood. You did NOT need to be using their clinic, etc to sign up for the classes. I know my instructor did mention other places. Did you try googling pregnancy yoga and minnesota...

Someone mentioned Summer. I think she was my instructor to and she was WONDERFUL! I HIGHLY recommend pregnancy yoga. I was having twins and it was a MAJOR help for sleep, discomfort, my spirit, etc.

I also vote for Blooma! I drive from by the Fairgrounds in St. Paul and it is totally worth the drive and money. They have childcare available, which I think is great. The classes are challenging, I feel like I get a workout (granted I am not in the best shape!), and the atmosphere is amazing.

It is a great business, and Sarah is really an amazing person.
