Good Location for My 6 Yr. Old Son's Birthday Party in or Around Webster Groves

Does anyone know of a good place to hold a party for a boy who is turning 7 in or around the Webster Groves area? We don't have a membership for YMCA, so we can't use that. Dad doesn't want to spend alot of $ and I would really like a place that have people to help with the party, since I am currently 6 mths pregnant and get tired out easily. We also have 3 other children ranging in ages 2,3,&4 that will be at the party also, so we really need a family friendly place...We HATE Chucky Cheese.

What can I do next?

My son loved Tee Time. Book a party and leave the rest to them. They give host and everything. Its a facility where kids of all ages can enjoy themselves including the adult kids. They have go karts, video games, 3d mazes, train rides, bumper boats, etc. Tee Time ###-###-####

I have heard good things about a place on Watson not far from Orlando Gardens (same side of street). I think it's called "It's Party Time". Heard the kids love it and it doesn't cost too much. I think Krispy Kreme in Fenton also does birthday parties. Hope this helps!

The Little Gym offers birthday parties. I'm not sure if there's one closer to Webster, but we had a party for our daughter there a few years ago. They did activities with the kids and I believe helped serve the cake and icecream (we brought our own cake). I don't remember a lot of the details, but you might check them out on-line.

I just went to a birthday party at Woody's Cafe in Sunset Hills. They are located in Life Christian Center on Gravois. You do not have to belong to the church to have a party there. You can have food included or not and you can bring your own cake/ice cream. They have a pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and a huge indoor play area with slides, bounce area, ball pit and more. They have tables right by the play area so parents can easily keep an eye on their kids. I have a 2 and a 4 year old and they really enjoyed it. The party was for a 5 year old.

Vetta Sports in Kirkwood has great parties, they have 3 inflatables and an inflatable soccer field. You also get 2 helpers and they have a separate party room for cake and/or food. The kids love it and the price is reasonable. There phone number is ###-###-####. Good luck.

You can use the Y's Kids Gym in Webster but it just costs a little more. There is a place called Its My Party, which I half heartedly mention because I wasnt impressed with, but, it is cheap. Also there is Happy Joes on Watson.

There's a great little place on Watson Road (between Elm & Laclede Station Road) called "It's Party Time". They have a playland/climbing area in the front room, and several inflatable bounce things in the back room. There are several party rooms. It's family owned, and VERY reasonably priced. The address is 8212 Watson Rd, St Louis, MO 63119, and the phone number is ###-###-####.
Also in Webster Groves is Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream. They sing to the birthday person, and there are a few arcade games, but it's small & "old-time-y".
We recently had my 5 year old son's birthday party at St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics - 12975 Maurer Industrial Drive - ###-###-#### - www.spiritsgym.com/Parties. All the kids had a great time, and the parents raved.

We have gone to the Whittle Shortline Railroad in Valley Park many times. They have a party hostess, wonderful train cake, games, and a train room (wooden) only for the party. You can visit the store anytime and the kids can play. It is located behind Carol House Furniture. My boys are 13 and 11 and still say it was one of their favorite parties.'

Good Luck

Try contacting the fire house and get a tour. Boys love seeing the engines and sitting at the wheel, and the pole is a HUGE hit. Best of all it is FREE!

There's a place called Bounce U thats filled with inflated bouncing rooms. It is in West County I believe, not Webster Groves. They have very reasonable party packages that include everything and you don't have to do anything. Children can participate as long as they are old enough to walk.

I know you're looking for a place in/around Webster Groves, however, I personally know of a very safe, fun and family friendly place in Sunset Hills. It's Woody's located next door to Life Christian Church. You can get pizza, hot dogs, sodas for your child's birthday party. They have bowling, fooz ball and an indoor jungle gym (I think that's what they call it). Their phone number ###-###-####. Good Luck!

Have you tried contacting a local bowling alley (AMF Lanes). They assign a staff to your lane to assist with the kids bowling, provide light weight balls & bumper guards. This activity usually last 1 hour & 1 hour access to a party room where you can order individual meals for guests (included in bowling price per child) & have cake/ ice cream. I had a bowling party for my son's 3rd birthday with guest ranging from 3years old-10 years old. At the end of the party he was given a bowling pin signed by all the guest.
