my uncle is a professional photographer. Now he just does the sports teams for his local schools.....& he always relies upon Costco for quick & clear finished products. (he used to develop his own when he was doing artwork, but is just as happy with Costco for everything else.)

I used to use Photobucket, but they switched printers from Kodak to... something that began with a Q that I didn't like as much. But I do still like Kodak. I've used Walgreen's as well and they were pretty good. I tend to like the places where I can either have them shipped or I can pick them up at a location.

You should really consider looking around at local printing shops. The best prints I've had made came from a guy who owns a local frame and print shop. He really is brilliant. I like being able to interface with him in person so he knows exactly what I'm looking for, and then there's no hassle if there's something I want to change with the print (although that's never happened). An easy way to find out who does great printing in your area is to ask local photographers - that's what I did. Online places aren't of the same caliber, and you're adding an extra layer of complication if things don't turn out.

I have been happy with Costco. Don't use Walgreens, even with their specials. Their prints suck!

shutterfly- can upload as many pictures as you want. They store all of your pictures full size, and you can upload any siize. There are a few websites where they have to be 10MB or smaller, which for us means downsizing some pictures. The quality is great, we or family have done all sizes of prints, up to 20x30, books, mugs, mouse pads, cards. Everything comes out great, their customer service is wonderful. We also have a share site through them so that family and friends can see our pictures too. We only order when there is free shipping, which is most of the time. They are very prompt with their shipments too even when we order 600 prints at a time. I really couldn't say enough good things about shutterfly, love them, and love when that box arrives after ordering.

I use Walmart. It is the least expensive and the quality has been fine.

I always use Costco. You can place your whole order online and either pick them up in the store or have them mailed. Very affordable and great quality.

I use Winkflash to print my photos - they are the cheapest. If you use the coupon code only6cents your 4x6 prints will only be 6 cents each.

I use Shutterfly for my photobooks because they are much better.

Costco! If you have lot of photos to print , it works out best. And their prints are very good.Am really happy with that.
I do walgreens sometimes when I need prints in a hurry. Very convinient and it's ready for pickup in couple hrs. But I don't like their print quality. I end up ordering few extra photos because I end up throwing away some of them because they come out so bad.Maybe it's the issue with the way those pics are - taken in low light etc. But they look fine to M. on my computer and the very same ones come out fine when I order them at costco.

Snapfish. I usually wait for a sale or free shipping. They print other things, too, like the mousepad I got DH for FD. I've had good luck with the quality, speed, and overall service. I also use them to share online videos with far flung family.

Ive been using the Kodak Gallery since I got my Kodak digital camera several years ago. The storage is great and lets you store pics in albums by event, date, etc. I hardly purchase prints anymore since you can share the albums via email with family but when I have they have turned out great and they have alot of options for customizing your photos. I have also used Snapfish at times also.

I upload my photos to picassa and then send them to print them at walgreens - I like it because I can go pick them up in the store an hour later rather than waiting for them in the mail, and it's usually a little cheaper that way. Plus, unless you order a huge amount, you don't have to drag out your credit card to pay online - you just pay at the store when you pick them up.

Sam's Club. At 13 cents each, and I can crop edit them myself. For all of my invitations, thank-you notes, "thinking of you" cards that I can personalize and of course my Christmas cards, I will use my kids and family photos. Most come out to 23 cents each (less than the postage stamp!). My friends relatives are tickled when they receive a thank you card with a personalized photo from a birthday or Christmas gift with our child with them, in the photo. Some even post it on their fridge. How much do you pay for Christmas, Birthday and Thank You cards, these days!

i have had terrible luck with snapfish, The quality and color were off, and i hate getting them in the mail.

I love Walgreens, They really have true to life color, and i like the ease of using their website to edit a bit, add borders, change to black and white, that sort of thing. I love the option to pick up instore because it is so convenient an they don't get wrinkled and squashed in the mail box.

I wait for sales, one should be coming up around fathers day. I can get 10 cent prints, they usually have sales where you can buy 75 at 10 cents, or I usually wait and do 50 at 10 cents since i do them often and sometimes don't need 75.

so My vote is definately Walgreens, over snapfish ( or shutter fly for that matter) that website is hard to use and the quailty is poor, haven't tried costco. but i imagine they would be a good choice too.

I use Shutterfly and I really like it! Don't fall for the prepaid prints though, it doesn't factor into the minimum total for free shipping.

I use Mpix.com. The quality of prints is amazing and they package the photos carefully for mailing purposes. Prices are reasonable too. We had some pictures taken professionally and printed on our own. The photographer highly recommended this site.

I would also recommend Walgreens they had pretty decent pricing rates and I was able to avail their summer promo but for my postcard printing needs I rely on http://www.uprinting.com/postcards.html
