hi all,
does anyone have a good dentist that they take their child to ?
i live in sunrise and work in cooper city and my parents live in weston so any of thses areas would be fine.
i started brushing my son's teeth since he was 1 y.o. but over the past month or so i have noticed dark stain like stuff on the top of his top 2 front teeth.
it does not come off with my fingernail very much...i don't know what it is.
he mostly drinks milk and water and very little white grape juice.

they best pediatric dentist I foung is in Plantation on 5th ave call Pediactric dentist--my kids see Dr Abby . I have two children that gone thier since they were three. My son is now 6 years old and had his first cavity filled there he he did great. Not scared at all. My daughter is 9 with no cavaities and very skitish of daughters and loves going there.

My husband Dr. Jason Hirsch is a Pediatric Dentist in Plantation- Pediatric Dentristy and Orthodontics ###-###-####- His office only specializes in children and he also specializes in special needs children. The office he joined has been around for 30 yrs. Great office with Sat hours and a staff that has been there for a long time as well. Office is near the fashion mall on 5th st. Hope this helps- M. I have a great dentist that I have been taking my daughters to since they were 14months old. They are now 11 and 13 years old. The office is called Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, they are located at 7400 NW 5th Street, Plantation Florida 33317, ###-###-####. It is a great place to take you toddler..it's like chuckie cheese inside, with toys and video games for the childrens of all ages. They even have Saturday appointments. Hope you like it!!! My daughters see Dr. Edward Nacht, but they are all great doctors. You will be pleased with the entire staff.
My kids have been going to KidsCare Dental in Plantation for a few years now. The staff is very nice, they have another office in Pembroke Pines and the doctors are very patient and helpful. We had something similar on my sons teeth and they worked with us to take care of it (we eventually had to pull the teeth). What I am happiest with is that they allow parents to be present anywhere in the office. I have been to a few pediatric dentists that do not. I am partial to Dr. Grandison - heres the info

Second vote for Dr. Nigel Grandison in Plantation! He is awesome! I've been to several pediatric dentists also with my son, and none compare! He is the most patient, calm, understanding man. He shows the kids what he is going to do first if they are jumpy, like my son, and stays calm even when they are kicking away.

Their service environment is composed of specialized staff, kids dentists, toys, playos, costumes and many other activities which entertain the kids. You'll surely going to love taking your kid/kids there.

i had a similar problem with my daughter and finally realized it was the iron multi-vitamin drops i was giving her...the dentist got it right off and i just switched vitamins which instantly worked. :) take care and good luck
There is a kid's dentist office off of University Drive(in between Broward Blvd and Peters Road) Her name is Kathy and she is very good. Her office totally caters to young children and makes them very comfortable. She has two arcade machines in the office and a seating area for parents to sit and watch as their teeth are getting cleaned. The telephone # is ###-###-#### in case you are interested.

I realize that you mentioned the areas you want, but I wanted to tell you that there's an excellant ped dentist in Coral Springs. Dr. John Bazos is on Wiles Rd & University Dr. My BIL is a dentist & highly recommends Dr. Bazos. We've been using him for 3 years now & love him!

My son goes to an amazing dentist Dr. Ribacoff it is a family dentistry his wife is the hygenist and she is awesome with kids the number there is ###-###-#### it is in Sunrise. Her schedule is a little hard to get in but worth it to see her:)
